  • Slow & Strong Yoga

    Intermediate

    Our Slow & Strong Yoga offers a thoughtful sequence of postures designed to build strength, enhance joint stability, and improve flexibility while fostering a deeper connection with your body. 'Slow' does not mean 'easy' as our Slow & Strong Yoga includes holding postures for longer durations, offering options to build up to more challenging postures, and ultimately cultivate greater body-mind awareness and strength. This class is suitable for active movers with body awareness. If you have never attended a Vinyasa class before, or have any injuries or concerns, please consult us before attending.

  • Heated Power Yoga

    Intermediate

    Heated to 32°C to create a warm, strength-building flow to fire up your week. Power Yoga class is a progressional and dynamic flow that aims to create a flow-like-state. Our Power Yoga challenges your stability, strength and awareness of body all within a faster-paced, Vinyasa-based class. This class is aimed for experienced movers and yogis (we encourage to start at Slow & Strong Yoga or Sculpt Pilates as this class expects movers to understand fundamental poses). Sweat towels and water bottles are recommended.

  • Heated Power Pilates

    Intermediate

    A fiery fusion of Pilates strength and full-body burn in a 32 Degree heated room. Power Pilates is a dynamic class focused on building deep core strength and muscle stabilisation while testing your balance and endurance. Through longer holds, repetitions and the use of props. This class aims to fatigue your muscles, helping you grow stronger each time you step on the mat and is aimed for experienced movers (we encourage beginners to start at Slow & Strong Yoga or Sculpt Pilates). Sweat towels are recommended.

    All Levels

    Loop Yoga's Sculpt Pilates class is a warm and welcoming environment where you'll gain a deeper understanding of movement in your body while also enjoying a great workout. Each class focuses on improving your strength, mobility, and alignment, helping to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your body. You'll find options tailored to your level, ensuring that everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, leaves class with the pilates burn and a deeper awareness of your body.     Restorative

    Loop Yoga’s Yin & Restorative class is a gentle, floor-based practice that blends long-held stretches with supportive, restful poses to help calm the nervous system and release deep tension. Focusing on areas like the hips, lower spine, and inner thighs, this class encourages flexibility, emotional release, and total relaxation. Poses are held for several minutes, offering space to slow down, breathe deeply, and restore balance in both body and mind. Suitable for all levels and a perfect complement to more active movement. Please speak with your teacher if you have any injuries or concerns before class.

    Loop Yoga's Sound & Yoga Nidra class is a transformative journey of deep relaxation that combines meditative Yoga Nidra with the soothing vibrations of live crystal sound bowls. This class aims to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, release serotonin and promote profound relaxation. Yoga Nidra is known as 'yogic sleep' for a reason. Sound & Yoga Nidra helps reduce stress and enhance a calm, tranquil state and is suitable for everyone. If you have any health concerns please consult us before attending.

We highly recommend for first-timers to Vinyasa yoga to build up for our Slow & Strong and Power Yoga classes, to build confidence and a strong foundation. Small-group sessions are also available for beginners, mums and bubs, or mums' groups seeking a tailored experience.
