Our Slow & Strong Yoga offers a thoughtful sequence of postures designed to build strength, enhance joint stability, and improve flexibility while fostering a deeper connection with your body. 'Slow' does not mean 'easy' as our Slow & Strong Yoga includes holding postures for longer durations, offering options to build up to more challenging postures, and ultimately cultivate greater body-mind awareness and strength. This class is suitable for active movers with body awareness. If you have never attended a Vinyasa class before, or have any injuries or concerns, please consult us before attending.
