    Power Yoga is a strong, dynamic Vinyasa-style flow practiced in a warm room (you’ll build plenty of heat through the flow), designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and mental focus. Drawing on over 30 years of experience and 500 hours of training with Vytas Baskauskas—a leading figure in bringing modern yoga to the mainstream—Lisa blends contemporary yoga principles with a strength-focused, accessible approach. You’ll be guided through purposeful movements that build joint stability, functional strength, and deeper awareness—while staying present, mindful, and connected to your breath.   • Sculpt Pilates

    All Levels

    Sculpt Mat Pilates is a joyful, full-body class that blends strength, mobility, deep core engagement, and mindful movement—all grounded in the core principles of Pilates. This dynamic yet mindful practice is designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, and build functional strength and stability. Through controlled, high-repetition movements, you’ll tone and sculpt the core, glutes, arms, and legs—while reconnecting with the simple joy of moving your body. Expect targeted sequences, energising music, and optional props (such as bands and weights) to help you tailor the intensity to your needs. You’ll experience the signature Pilates burn while cultivating breath awareness, control, and endurance.
    Come ready to move, feel stronger, boost your energy, and leave feeling good from the inside out! If you’re new to mat Pilates, we recommend starting with our “Align Pilates” class, which focuses on foundational movements. While Sculpt Pilates is welcoming, it’s a challenging session and not suited for complete beginners. Please inform your teacher of any injuries or concerns before class.

    A strong, fun, high-energy, full-body workout blending strength-based mat Pilates, aerobic-inspired movement, and upbeat music in a warmed room. Expect deep core activation, longer holds, high-rep sequences, and dynamic use of props (weights, bands, balls) to build strength, stamina, balance, and muscle control. This class is designed to challenge and fatigue the body for lasting results. Best suited for movers who love a challenge. Sweat towel and water bottle recommended.

    An athletic blend of Power Yoga and Power Pilates, Power Flow is a breath-led, full-body class set in a gently heated room. This creative flow combines strength training, core conditioning, and mindful mobility work to help you build stamina, control, and body awareness. Expect repetition in held postures and sequences designed to tone the core, glutes, arms, and legs—while enhancing balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Uplifting music and steady pacing keep you energised and present throughout the class. While challenging, this practice remains mindful and purposeful. Each movement invites awareness, preparing you physically and mentally for more advanced practices like Power Yoga. Ideal for movers who are ready to level up their practice and love a challenge.     Align Pilates at Loop Yoga is a gentle, low-impact class that returns to the fundamentals of mindful movement in a calm, non-heated space. Designed for all bodies and life stages—whether you're recovering from injury, senior, beginner, returning to movement, navigating stress, or simply seeking more support—this class is for you. Through mindful pilates movements, you'll focus on deep core activation, mobility, and breath-led sequences that build strength and awareness from the inside out. With an emphasis on support over exertion, you’ll learn to move with intention, connect with your body, and enjoy a slow burn balanced with nourishing stretches. All levels are welcome.

  • Yin & Restorative

    Restorative

    A calming, floor-based class designed to reset the nervous system and support deep rest—ideal for those experiencing stress, sleep issues, adrenal fatigue, or hormonal shifts such as perimenopause and menopause. This practice helps relax tension, increase flexibility, release cortisol, hydrate fascia, and support metabolic reset. Through long-held, passive postures (2–5 minutes), you’ll gently stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to shift from "fight or flight" into rest, repair, and healing. Focused on the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and inner thighs, this class invites emotional release, physical ease, and a deep sense of stillness. Benefits may include reduced anxiety, improved sleep and digestion, better joint mobility, and a more balanced mood. Suitable for all levels. We recommend bringing your own eye pillow for added comfort, and please inform your teacher of any injuries or concerns before class.

  • Sound & Yoga Nidra

    Restorative

    A deeply restorative experience combining guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep / guided meditation) with the healing vibrations of live crystal sound bowls and instruments. Set in a nurturing and supportive space, this class is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and invite a deep state of rest and inner calm. No movement is required—just an opportunity to lie down, breathe, and receive. Ideal for anyone seeking a release and surrendering, improved sleep, seeking stillness, support with mood, or seeking connection back to the body, this practice creates a space to fully let go and tap in. Each session is unique, with the meditation theme and sound responding to the room—leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, or perhaps simply more aware of what’s present.
